Kelsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and B.S. in Nutrition & Wellness from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT. Kelsey currently works for an outpatient health center primarily working with children and adolescents within a trauma framework. Kelsey’s passion lies in helping those with a wide array of mental health challenges, with a focus on eating disorders, anxiety, depression and trauma-related diagnoses. Kelsey has a unique lens of utilizing her undergraduate degree with her graduate degree to shape how mental health and eating disorders are perceived, as well as integrating nutrition and wellness to the functioning of body and mind. Kelsey hopes to create a trusting and safe space for her clients of all ages to navigate the ebbs and flows of life, improve self-insight from continued exploration & reflection, and find a sense of calm through the healing journey.
In her free time, Kelsey loves spending time outdoors—particularly somewhere warm and near the ocean, photography, gardening, playing fetch with her Golden, making memories with family & friends, attempting to crack jokes at the most inconvenient times, and finding joy in the small things.
