Molly, a licensed social worker committed to helping people find strength, healing, and hope. My specialties are mental health, substance abuse, and geriatrics.
My work is based on empathy, listening actively, and genuine respect for the unique story of every person. Whether I am working individually through counseling, referring clients to services, or advocating for system change. My hope is to be able to give a healing space where people can be empowered to build a healthier life. My commitment is to advocate for an individual’s health, social justice, and making sure everyone has the support they need when it comes to mental health.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Albertus Magnus and a master’s degree in social work from The University of Saint Joseph. Prior to Nourish the heart counseling, I spent six years working in an addiction and mental health treatment center before becoming the director of social work for a nursing home that provides short and long-term rehabilitation.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, spending time outdoors, and practicing self-care.
