
Isabella Randazzo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, with a minor in Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies, and Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut.
Isabella has a background working in community mental health settings, providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults with various diagnoses, such anxiety, OCD, depression, grief and loss, trauma and chronic stress, and divorce/separation. Her passion area is working with clients who struggle with body image, compulsive body checking, chronic dieting, relationship with food and exercise, and disordered eating. With these clients, Isabella uses a Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating approach that reduces pressure to lose weight, encourages exploration of food without rigid food rules, and increases attunement to physical and emotional needs. Isabella believes that making peace with food and your body is a journey, and it is possible with the right tools and a trusting therapeutic relationship.
Isabella enjoys spending time with her cat Luna, watching Grey’s Anatomy, cooking, trying new restaurants, and going to yoga classes.
